An important duty of the Board is that of enforcement of laws that pertain to CPAs and CPA firms.  In its effort to keep the public informed, the Board publishes a roster of disciplinary actions it has taken. 

 Please note that actions the Board takes are recorded for a particular point in time.  Please access current information about all licensees by accessing the Board's Verify License/Permit Website  to determine the current standing of all licensees and firms, whether on the Disciplinary Actions list or not; or call the Board office.
